Disconnecting FAP/DPF filters
The service we provide of disconnecting/removing the DPF (diesel particulate filter) involves reprogramming the main ECU computer and physically removing the filter from the exhaust system. Giving the engine unit full convenience when it works.

Disconnecting SCR/AdBlue systems
Disconnecting the ADBLUE SCR (selective catalytic reduction) system involves making changes to the programme which enables the SCR system to be switched off completely. After the software is changed, the errors which affect the limit to emergency mode power vanish. This process is 100% safe and completely reversible.

Disconnecting the EGR valve
We remove/disconnect EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valves by computerised deactivation of the exhaust recirculation system, which involves complete closure of the inlet system. Once this is done, it is impossible to introduce some of the fumes to the suction system in order to burn off hydrocarbons (HC), to introduce mixtures into the cylinder which are weak in oxygen, so as a result there will be purer oxygen in the intake manifold.It is worth mentioning reports that solutions which help meet the exaggerated fuel emission standards cause serious problems which can even destroy an engine. These concern the EGR valve. We know that this part is not subject to periodic maintenance, maybe it should be?
